I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of wrestling with my weight. I’ve wrestled with it since high school and I’m done with it. I’ve come to view it as another excuse I’m telling myself. (and I’m done with excuses, too)
I’m ready to live my highest and best life. I can no longer tell myself that’s what I’m doing. Not while I put unhealthy food into my body.
You know how the universe will keep sending you messages until you get them? (and have you noticed those messages get louder and louder?) Well I got the message.
The first one came from Rose Cole. She is offering a high priestess training. Basically how to step into the grandest version of yourself. And she explained that to achieve your life purpose, you need to address 4 aspects in your life. Your spiritual, your mental, your emotional and your physical.
But the foundation for your highest purpose is built on the physical. If you’re not a lean, mean manifesting machine, your work is going to be much harder. (you can listen to her high priestess recordings here)
The second message I got was from Sean Stephenson. He recently launched a video series at Living at Cause. He talks about eliminating your excuses for why your life isn’t working the way you want. His second video talks about health. You should definitely watch it.
Since my body is the tuning fork for manifesting what I want, I’ve decided I can no longer ignore the fact that it’s not operating at it’s optimum level.
Sure, unhealthy people can live at high levels of consciousness. I just think it would be a whole lot easier if is was lean and strong.
We all know that as you step into your zone of genius (as Gay Hendricks calls it in The Big Leap), the universe starts sending stuff your way at amazing speed. I’ve already noticed the higher gear and want to be ready for hyper drive.
I commit to rejecting my excuses as I transform into my highest and best self. There, I said it.
Who’s with me? Leave me a message in the comments.
