Daily Crushers – Tribe Mentality

Daily Crushers

Daily Crushers is a tribe that formed because of Gary Vaynerchuk’s book Crush It. It uses the tribe mentality as a means of supporting and helping one another. It’s a launchpad on Facebook to support and encourage all the members of the tribe.

The problem with most tribes is that all members aren’t equally committed to crushing it. And the weakest member of the tribe tends to enable the tribe to fall apart.

The Daily Crushers are focused on encouraging and supporting each other. The only thing you need to join is a passion for what you’re doing, the commitment to crushing it each and every day, and the desire to help everyone along the way.

To counteract any unsuccessful previous attempts at tribal mentality, this faction is self-accountable to the following:

1. Adopting a daily “Tweet-habit”: Getting the word out about the developments of each others’ content via social media.

2. Holding the “content bar” high to ensure that we are consistent, accountable to our goals, and delivering valuable content to move others forward. (No Pitching)

3. Engaging in other activities that foster our goal: which is to drive massive traffic to each others’ blogs, raise search-engine visibility, and help each other Crush It.

4. Participating weekly in a “power-hour” of masterminding our grass-kicking plans for the week. This is currently scheduled for Wednesdays, at 8:00pm Pacific.

5. Being authentic, keeping it real, and having total fun.
