One way to overcome fear of failure is to accept that if you are really creating and growing, failure comes with the territory. Also, if you are sincerely trying to help others, fear tends to evaporate because it’s no longer about you.

Too many people want to conquer fear. The best advice I can give is to go with it AND do what you intended while feeling it. We give energy to fear as a block when we resist it. I always say: “Bring on the fear!” while remembering that fear is nothing more than a release of some internal chemicals.
I have fears like everyone else….they just don’t stop me.

Hi Gwen, I’d love to know about your site. I do Holosync meditation. It’s binaural beats. But I’ve also done lots of other types of meditation. What’s your method?

Don’t give up. I have the same fears and the world needs more of us trying to reach out with positive energy. I have a site not mentioned here about meditation, affirmations etc and sometimes I wonder if anyone is reading but put it out into the world and leave the results up to the Universe. You’re doing the right thing. We’ll talk more later.
