Hugging Raises Your Vibration

People are always asking me what they can do to raise their vibration. We all know that to be a master manifester requires a high level of vibration. But so many people get stuck every day with the ‘daily grind’.

And we all know the recommendations introduced in The Secret. Do your visualizations, make vision boards, meditate and generally try to feel good in every moment.

Hugging Raises Your Vibration

The short cut to raising your vibration is hugging. According to a study done by the University of Arkansas, hugging does all of the following:

Hugging feels good
Hugging dispels loneliness
Hugging helps us overcome fears
Hugging opens doors to feelings
Hugging helps build self-esteem
Hugging fosters altruism
Hugging curbs our appetite
Hugging eases tension
Hugging helps fight insomnia
Hugging affirms our physical being
Hugging increases hemoglobin blood counts
Hugging offers a healthy, safe alternative to alcohol and drugs
Hugging imparts feelings of belonging
Hugging effects keeps on working, even once the hug is over
Hugging helps relieve physical pain
Hugging heals

I’ve highlighted a couple of things I think are really significant.

Hugging eases tension

Hugging just plain feels good. Studies show that hugging lowers blood pressure.

Hugging increases hemoglobin count

Hemoglobin carries oxygen from our lungs to all of our cells. More hemoglobin means our bodies work more efficiently. This reduces the effects of stress on our bodies.

Hugging keeps on working

These physical and emotional improvements to our bodies last longer than the hug.

So if you could hug frequently throughout the day, imagine how much better you’d feel.

One more hugging secret

There is one more secret benefit of hugging. Research has shown that an act of kindness produces the same effects as hugging. Both the hugger and huggee receive the benefits listed above. But the added bonus, is that anyone witnessing the hug receives the same benefits. The exact same increase in hemoglobin, reduction in blood pressure, and release of tension.

So by hugging in public you actually raise the vibration of everyone around you.

So here is my hug to you. Pass it around. Help everyone you know by sharing this on Facebook and Tweeting above.

P.S. By raising your vibration you’ll tap into the ability to manifest your heart’s desire.

I LOVE this video! I may have to “steal” it and post it on my blog for all my D-mommys out there! Thanks for making me smile today.

PS Grace watch with me. Her favorite part was that he never gave up trying to get more hugs :)

I loved it when the first old lady offered a hug and he knelt on the ground. Makes me cry every time.

Debbie,

What really caught my attention in that list was that hugging curbs our appetite! Very cool information and it just proves that hugging is very important to us all. I love that PDA is even helpful. LOL

Hugs back at you Pat. Luckily we don’t have work hard to give more hugs. Try this little experiment.. promise yourself you won’t be the first one to stop hugging in a hug. You’ll be amazed at the great hugs that start happening.

That’s why I love reading your posts, Debbie. I always learn something new from you! Wow, I didn’t know that hugging can do all these amazing things. I’m a hugger. I love hugging my family. No wonder I always feel good :-)

I also noticed that eversince I started doing meditation using Holosync (thanks to you again), I became more tolerant of things, and I feel lighter. I also have more energy! Life is soooo good!

Wow! I loooved this. This is what I call a totally positive and uplifting post. I love hugging and showing affection to my family and friends. They are my biggest motivation. Helping others has always made me feel much better but I didn’t know that there was scientific evidence of it.
Thanks so much for this.
Blessings♥,
Eren

Hi Debbie,
wow, that is really good to read that hugging has so many benefits, even raising the hemoglobin count.

Years ago I learned that we need at least 6 hugs a day for our well being.
Maybe I make a sign and go for a walk. :-)
Raising my vibration is my dominant intent for every day.

Thank you so much for your post.

Hi Yorinda, I remember the story about the babies in an overcrowded orphanage that simply died from lack of human touch. Hugging has always been really important to me. And raising my vibration is my dominant intent as well.

I keep envisioning a community where people are onboard with the whole “hugging is healing” concept. I see it building such a different consciousness than what we have where people have been trained to fear hugging and intimate emotional contact. Bravo for the positive post!

Hi Joshua,

I had a friend in middle school and high school that was a hugger. She hugged everybody. It was her thing. I find in business situations, hugging tends to be frowned upon. But I’m always pushing the boundaries and hugging. It just feels so good. And I don’t thing we get enough hugs in our day.

One Love,
Debbie
